Overview

P2P.org is the largest staking and restaking operator, with a TVL of over $10B. We are focused on launching new yield products and expanding our product line in the DeFi ecosystem.

In Short

• Join the Cosmos team to ensure the availability and security of our staking infrastructure.
• Design, build, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with world-class engineers and contribute to open-source projects.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
• Engage in architecture discussions and technical presentations.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical incidents.
• Work with tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to the Cosmos community and support Tendermint-based chains.
• Ensure high performance and security of services.
• Be part of a distributed team passionate about decentralized finance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Linux-based systems.
• Proven ability to implement IaC using Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience managing workloads on cloud providers like GCP.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell and a programming language (Python or Golang).
• Skilled in configuring observability solutions.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain nodes/validators is a plus.
