Telecom Security Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Telecom Security Analyst, you will work closely with clients to ensure the effective deployment, maintenance, and improvement of our cutting-edge security solutions, including the Telecom Security Knowledge Base (VKB), Telecom Intrusion Detection Systems (PTM), and Attack Surface Management/Vulnerability Scanners (PTA). You will be responsible for providing tailored solutions to meet clients' unique telecom security needs, addressing critical threats, and ensuring system robustness.

In Short

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Conduct training sessions for clients.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Telecom Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
• Analyze vulnerabilities and threats using the Telecom Security Knowledge Base.
• Monitor security alerts and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance security tools.
• Provide detailed reports of security incidents.
• Stay updated with telecom threats and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to work flexibly in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of IT and telecom security practices.
• Experience with telecom protocols (e.g., SS7, Diameter).
• Hands-on experience with IDS and vulnerability scanners.
• Familiarity with networking concepts.
• Bonus: Experience with Python or C programming.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to acquire new technical knowledge independently.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English.
