Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Network support covering WAN technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols.
• Experience with Cisco IOS and network management tools.
• Familiarity with WAN technologies like MPLS and VPNs.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot network devices.
• CCNP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
