Kyndryl is seeking a passionate and driven IT Strategy Consultant to join our team and deliver value to customers by applying deep domain, technology, and industry expertise.

In Short

• Work on large enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Guide customers in adopting cloud and non-cloud technologies.
• Conduct ROI and business case analyses.
• Define sourcing strategies and select providers.
• Analyze the customer's current state and define IT Strategy.
• Develop IP and own specific assets and tools.
• Lead a team of consultants and architects.
• Facilitate workshops and capture lessons learned.
• Provide insights on IT Operating Model and Process Frameworks.
• Support a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Consulting experience with an IT professional service firm.
• Knowledge of major cloud technologies.
• Experience in at least three domains related to IT.
• Data modeling and analytical experience using tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, and Scrum.
• Ability to lead workshops and interviews.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Certification in ITSM, ITIL, or COBIT is a plus.
• Experience leading discovery and assessment engagements.
