Oxyphen is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Team, focusing on order processing and customer support in a dynamic work environment.

In Short

• Manage the entire order processing from receipt to delivery.
• Prepare all shipping documents including invoices and necessary import/export papers.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and confirm orders.
• Create pricing and cost calculations using PPS.
• Assist in complaint handling and maintain statistics.
• Organize shipments with courier services and freight companies.
• Book outgoing goods.
• Maintain master data in ABACUS.
• Verify invoices and monitor customer property.

Requirements

• Commercial training.
• Several years of experience in order processing.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Enjoy working with people.
