In Short

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process.
• Contribute to the month-end close process with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Identify and record accruals and prepayments in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting (SOX compliance).
• Assist with financial analyses and reporting for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with finance team members, departments, and external auditors.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with Coupa and NetSuite preferred.
• Ability to work in a public company environment.
