In Short

• Lead the end-to-end product design process of our customer-facing product.
• Understand engineering and business constraints to create shippable solutions.
• Lay out a design vision by iterating and prototyping.
• Communicate and present your work clearly to teammates and leaders.
• Take full ownership of your work and its communication to customers.
• Think both short- and long-term to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate alignment and vision exercises.
• Occasionally meet customers for workshops and field visits.
• Attend industry events to monitor competition.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of interaction design work.
• Experience at an early-stage startup.
• End-to-end product design experience for enterprise software.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Skill in simplifying complex user experiences.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience leading design sprints.
• Comfort with calculated risks and learning from mistakes.
• A passion for solving the climate crisis.
