Ordering Processing Information/ Data Entry - Remote

Overview

As a team member of ordering processing support, you will service spare parts sales order management, work with internal and external customers entering parts orders and management of orders through delivery to customer, and also engage in reverse logistics management.

In Short

• Interacts with customers and sales/service representatives for order processing.
• Processes orders for materials for domestic and international requests.
• Coordinates order entry, acknowledgment, revision, and shipping documents.
• Handles customer requests and prepares documents for returns and exchanges.
• Updates databases with status of returned materials and inventory.
• Records and reports status of equipment returns and delivery schedules.
• Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, and product pricing.
• Coordinates activities for consigned material transfer.
• Handles order tracking and customs clearance with carriers and brokers.

Requirements

• Direct customer support experience including administrative experience.
• Order processing experience or equivalent training in logistics and business.
• Proficient in business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HCM, SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent ERP products.
• Associate degree or equivalent with 1 - 3 years of related experience.
