We’re seeking a full-time Web Designer (Marketing-Focused) to join our team and help craft seamless and engaging user experiences across our projects.

In Short

• Design marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, and advertisements.
• Ensure brand consistency across different platforms and channels.
• Conduct user research and analyze industry trends.
• Develop information architecture and user flows.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Produce detailed visual and interaction assets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated with industry design trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience.
• Expertise in graphic design and visual content creation.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with usability testing and user research.
• Accountable and self-starter with ownership mentality.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
