• Redesign ClinicMind.com, owning the full website redesign process.
• Execute marketing creative for campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
• Conduct user and stakeholder research to inform design strategies.
• Help refine and extend the visual identity for brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
• Deliver polished work grounded in design thinking and user needs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a web or marketing designer.
• Strong portfolio of responsive web designs and marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Figma and major design suites (Adobe CC, Affinity).
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and hierarchy.
• Mastery of CMS tools like Webflow, Framer, or WordPress.
• Strong grasp of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to conduct usability testing independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern Time.
