Overview

As a Tech Lead at Outliant, you will own the entire technical lifecycle for assigned projects, providing leadership and mentorship while fostering collaboration within a fully remote team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience leading technical projects.
• Mastery of relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong experience with Contentful CMS, ReactJS, JavaScript, AWS, PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in driving change within a team.
