CRO & A/B Testing Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a technical and detail-oriented CRO & A/B Testing Specialist to join our optimization team. This role is key to bringing our CRO strategies to life, as you will audit user journeys, analyze data, design and run tests, interpret results, and guide teams to improve conversion rates.

In Short

• Analyze metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, and revenue per visitor to form test hypotheses.
• A/B Test Implementation: Responsible for technical setup and development of A/B and multivariate tests.
• Manage the launch of tests, monitor performance, and ensure proper data collection.
• Analyze test results, validate statistical significance, and recommend data-driven actions.
• Act as the team's technical expert on testing platforms.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering to craft test variations.
• Clearly communicate test results and technical findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical implementation of A/B tests using platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize.
• Deep fluency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel.
• Basic front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong focus on quality.
• Ability to analyze experiment data and solid grasp of statistics.
• Strong communicator who delivers data-driven presentations.
• Proven track record collaborating with UX, marketing, and engineering.
• Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
• Passion for customer experience and measurable outcomes.
• Certification in an A/B testing platform.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
