The Buying Assistant Private Label role at OUTFITTERY involves supporting the purchasing department in managing procurement orders and ensuring smooth order processing while collaborating closely with various departments.

In Short

• Support purchasing in creating and managing procurement orders.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure smooth order processing.
• Assist controlling in maintaining data quality.
• Monitor delivery dates, budget, and planning guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Tech departments.
• Work directly with products for private labels, reviewing and processing samples.
• Provide information to product managers regarding suppliers and sales.
• Participate in fittings and concept meetings.

Requirements

• A degree in Textile Management/Textile Technology or Business Administration is ideal.
• A passionate interest in fashion and lifestyle.
• Structured working habits and high self-organization.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Affinity for systematic processes and knowledge of KPIs in the textile industry.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/InDesign, Navision, and Tableau is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
