OUTFITTERY is the biggest personal shopping service in Europe, aiming to inspire and empower individuals in their style journey. We are looking for a Buying Assistant Private Label to join our dynamic e-commerce team.

In Short

• Support purchasing with procurement orders.
• Manage suppliers and ensure smooth order processing.
• Ensure data quality in collaboration with controlling.
• Monitor delivery dates, budgets, and specifications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Tech departments.
• Work with private label products and inspect samples.
• Provide support to Product Managers with supplier and sales information.
• Participate in fittings and concept meetings.

Requirements

• Passionate about fashion and lifestyle.
• Structured work style with high self-organization.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Affinity for systematic processes and KPIs in the textile industry.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Adobe Illustrator/InDesign, Navision, and Tableau is a plus.
• Business fluent in German and English.
