We are looking for an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to join the new sensing team to help us bring the best software experience to our Oura members and partners. This role will demand close collaboration with product managers, scientists, hardware engineers, and software developers to ensure the software is developed and tested to meet defined requirements. We are seeking a candidate with a strong personal drive of quality, excellence, and motivated by the desire to deliver health and activity insights that can improve the lives of millions of people across the globe.

In Short

  • Drive end-to-end program management activities across software engineering, product, science, and design for new health sensing features.
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Science, and QA teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan and facilitate major software feature launches.
  • Provide regular updates on program status, progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in health technology is a plus.
