In Short

• Partner closely with executive leadership to drive revenue strategy and decision-making.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting processes.
• Own internal messaging on revenue performance and standardize revenue reporting hierarchies.
• Develop and expand the revenue forecasting model.
• Manage the rollout of revenue forecasting tools while providing insights for key business partners.
• Deepen understanding of membership forecasting dynamics.
• Collaborate with Finance Systems teams to create tools for streamlined forecasting and accurate reporting.
• Ensure all revenue reporting processes are GAAP compliant.

Requirements

• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with revenue forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership.
• Knowledge of GAAP standards.
