Overview

The SEO & SEM Specialist will work with the Marketing team to enhance the effectiveness of the Individual Insurance Services web properties, focusing on improving organic and paid web traffic.

• Analyze and improve SEO strategies for IIS websites.
• Maximize organic traffic through effective SERP management.
• Develop and execute local and long-tail search strategies.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in marketing or digital marketing.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO and SEM.
• Proficient in Google AdWords and Bing Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with SEO tools like SEM Rush and Moz.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with bid management tools is a plus.
