Overview

The Bilingual Sales Representative - Broker Sales is responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment, focusing on personal insurance products.

  • Work in a hybrid or remote setting.
  • Possess a RIBO license and have at least two years of sales experience.

Requirements

  • RIBO license is required.
  • Minimum of two years’ sales experience in personal lines, automobile, and property insurance.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with EPIC, ARS, Salesforce is preferred.
  • Resilient and persistent with a hunter mentality.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
