Supplemental Health Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a distinctive candidate to aid in the development of our Supplemental Health product solutions, lead the development of product strategy and product marketing and messaging, assist in the evaluation of supplemental health market analysis and participate in driving new product and service development.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Aetna Supplemental Health products.
• Lead and oversee product marketing efforts.

• Assess market trends and customer needs.
• Manage multiple initiatives including timelines and deliverables.
• Provide support for RFIs and RFPs during peak times.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for Supplemental Health products.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization.
• Drive profitable sales and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in voluntary/supplemental health.
• Marketing/Communications skills.
• Experience in leading cross-functional project management initiatives.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Adept at problem solving and decision-making.
• Ability to adapt to ongoing change.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Understanding of the Supplemental Health regulatory environment is a plus.
