Overview

The Senior Manager, Behavioral Health Network Management is responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with behavioral health providers, ensuring network adequacy and compliance with company standards.

In Short

  • Negotiate and execute contracts with behavioral health providers.
  • Conduct high-level reviews and analysis of contracts.
  • Recruit providers to expand the network.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on provider compensation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on recruitment and contracting.
  • Prepare reports and present to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with network adequacy standards.
  • Utilize MS Office for documentation and analysis.
  • Work remotely, preferably in GA or FL.
  • Support health plan expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of network contracting/management experience.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of managed care practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Experience in behavioral health topics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-driven.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools for financial analysis.
