Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Active state Nurse Practitioner license.
• Active DEA license.
• Experience in primary care preferred.
• Understanding of HCC documentation and ICD-10 coding.
• Passion for teamwork and innovative healthcare models.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
