Manager, Medicare Supplemental Data Strategy - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Healthcare Quality Project Management will be a critical, strategic position responsible for supporting the strategy for the social risk factor (SRF) cohort and Health Equity Index (HIE) award for the Medicare Advantage and Integrated Duals Quality Management teams.

• Support the Quality Remediation Strategy and initiatives within Medicare measure workgroups.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple workgroups.
• Manage healthcare quality projects and performance improvements.
• Utilize data/reporting to identify performance trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive results.
• Communicate effectively across teams.
• 3+ years of experience in HEDIS.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Programs.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a metrics driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple objectives.
• PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile Scrum Master preferred.
• Good business acumen and professional communication skills.
