Overview

As a LOA Case Manager I at CVS Health, you will be responsible for managing absence requests and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while providing a compassionate colleague experience.

In Short

  • Administer leave of absence requests under FMLA and Company policies.
  • Utilize the myLeave system for managing cases.
  • Conduct colleague outreach to support during leave processes.
  • Communicate with colleagues and stakeholders regarding leave administration.
  • Resolve escalated issues and ensure timely documentation.
  • Calculate and submit payments for leave requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the LOA team to meet compliance goals.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage workloads independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or office experience.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in FMLA or HR.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathy and care for colleagues.
  • Ability to follow through on problem resolution.
