Requirements

• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Must be licensed in TN and at least one other state.
• 3+ years of outpatient family or internal medicine experience.
• Strong understanding of risk adjustment methodologies.
• Familiarity with HEDIS measures.
