Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) NP or PA to join their Virtual Health Assessment team, aiming to refactor healthcare and engage members in their health journeys.

In Short

• Join the Virtual Health Assessment team at Oscar Medical Group.
• Conduct virtual health assessments for Oscar Health Insurance members.
• Engage with members to improve access to care.
• Work flexible hours, including one late shift and one weekend day per month.
• Must reside in specific states across the USA.
• Base pay ranges from $104,000 to $136,500 per year.

• Cross-train into urgent care and virtual primary care.
• 3+ years of experience in relevant medical fields required.
• Fluency in Spanish is essential.

Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• Compact RN license (only applicable to NP).
• Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement.
• Active licenses in at least 2 of Florida, Georgia, Texas, or Ohio.
• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
• 3+ years of experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
