Oscar is hiring an Associate to join our Quality Improvement team, focusing on managing projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day operations of projects in the Quality Improvement Department.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, CMS, and NCQA standards.
• Work in a blended culture with remote and in-office expectations.
• Organize and support daily activities based on program goals.
• Identify optimization opportunities and lead process improvements.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams.
• Support compliance reporting and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in health insurance.
• 3+ years in change management and process improvement.
• 3+ years of stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of NCQA standards and guidelines.
• Experience with data systems like Periscope or Looker.
