Survey Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As the Survey Coordinator, you will support a team of Professional Services project managers, senior technical architects, and supporting staff to deliver a program of Site Survey activities that will support interrelated wired and Wi-Fi network deployment projects.

In Short

• Review survey forms and pictures for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage information to the data repository.
• Fluent in the first three layers of the OSI model.
• Understanding of structured cabling materials and telecom room layout.
• Assist with technical questions from field technicians.
• Provide regular status updates on program progress.
• Use collaboration tools for effective communication.
• Work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• BS or higher OR 8+ years of military service.
• 5 years of relevant experience in professional services or project coordination.
• Knowledge of telecommunication facilities and equipment.
• Ability to build relationships and inspire teamwork.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
