We are seeking a DevTest Team Leader to take a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our Network Cloud Management Solution, which also functions as an Operations Support System. In this role, you'll navigate complex virtual and physical environments, conducting both manual and automated tests to validate the robustness of our technology. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering a high-quality, resilient system.

In Short

Leading, planning, monitoring and release the product according to the agreed timelines/milestones and in carrier grade quality!
Conduct manual/automated testing across complex virtual and physical environments.
Develop, design, and execute test plans and automated tests.
Identify, document, and track issues, validate they’re resolved on time.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field.
More than 4 years of experience leading teams.
Hands-on experience with cloud or distributed systems and high-level debugging skills.
Proficiency in databases, web-based, and management systems testing.
In-depth knowledge of Linux, with testing experience.
Experience with Bash or Python scripting.
Expertise in testing methodologies (e.g., STP, STD, STR) and hands-on experience with testing tools.
Knowledge of IP/ARP/MAC/DHCP/VLAN/ICMP protocols.
Familiarity with Docker.
