Overview

The Oregon Health Authority is seeking a WIC Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for the Women, Infants, and Children program, focusing on modernizing service delivery and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

In Short

• Full-Time, Limited Duration position (up to 24 months).
• Responsible for full lifecycle management of complex projects.
• Focus on needs assessment, feasibility analysis, and budgeting.

Requirements

• Seven years of professional experience in project management.
• Experience with complex data systems or management information systems.
• WIC experience in program goals and federal regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
• Strong writing skills for narrative reports.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Project Management Professional Certification is a plus.
• Oregon Project Management Associate Certification is preferred.
