In Short

• Part-time position (20 hours/week)
• Responsible for shaping Orbem’s accounting processes
• Work closely with the Director of Finance
• Focus on optimizing and automating accounting processes
• Implement efficient accounting systems using platforms like Spendesk and Netsuite
• Lead process improvement projects across Accounting and Tax
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards
• Coordinate financial reviews and audits with external firms
• Support international expansion from a Tax & Accounting perspective
• Occasional travel to Munich required

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and tax compliance
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Proficiency in financial reporting
• Knowledge of VAT reporting
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives
• Fluency in German and English
