• Shape accounting processes and ensure compliance.
• Work closely with the Director of Finance.
• Implement efficient global accounting systems.
• Support a team of over 130 people.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and tax compliance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Spendesk and Netsuite.
• Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards.
• Ability to lead process improvement projects.
• Experience in managing month and year-end closes.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Proven track record in financial accuracy and reporting.
• Ability to provide accounting guidance to teams.
• Experience in coordinating financial reviews and audits.
• Knowledge of VAT and tax reporting.
