In Short

• Conduct account reconciliations, clarify accounts, and process payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable for various companies, including dunning management.
• Create reports and analyses for audit purposes.
• Participate in projects for process improvement and update policies.
• Interface with internal departments to clarify accounting matters.
• Review, record, set up, and dissolve provisions as well as book active accruals.
• Perform tasks related to monthly and annual financial statements.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting, e.g., as a tax clerk or comparable qualification as a financial accountant.
• At least three years of professional experience in financial accounting.
• Solid knowledge of accounting regulations according to HGB and the accounting of annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Structured, independent, timely, and solution-oriented working style.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and very good SAP knowledge.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills.
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and flexibility.
