• Support and enhance the cybersecurity reporting ecosystem.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Manage, optimize, and evolve the PlexTrac platform.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.

• Conduct demos and walkthroughs of platform features.

Requirements

• 1 - 4 years of experience in business analysis or cybersecurity operations.
• Ability to gather and translate requirements into actionable workflows.
• Experience in user onboarding and access management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Passion for improving security workflows.
• Familiarity with reporting and threat exposure management tools.
• Curiosity for platform automation and efficiency.
