Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead in Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics for a client in the Mannheim area. This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model in a department that derives strategies for the entire company.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of six experts in Data Analytics to implement data-driven projects.
• Analyze and optimize the existing data architecture to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Develop and design a new central data architecture for company-wide use.
• Evaluate and implement AI solutions to improve business processes and optimize data-based analyses.
• Utilize Machine Learning and Data Mining to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
• Integrate modern AI tools into existing systems for automated and data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor market trends and assess new AI technologies for their potential impact on the company.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Solid practical experience in Data Analysis, Data Science, and AI.
• Proven experience in team leadership, both technically and disciplinarily.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in AI.
• Expertise in evaluating and implementing database solutions and Data Warehouse systems.
• Very good German and English language skills.
