In Short

• Own the end‑to‑end execution of in‑person events and digital programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and external partners to deliver programs.
• Manage budgets and report ROI with clean attribution to pipeline.
• Run webinars, workshops, and virtual summits from ideation to follow-up.
• Design interactive workshops and build a reusable library of content.
• Drive registration and attendance through various marketing channels.
• Ensure compliance with email operations fundamentals.
• Utilize analytical instincts to read funnel reports and attribute outcomes.
• Travel approximately 20–25% for key events.
• Work in a remote-first culture with flexible time off.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership of events and digital programs.
• Strong writing skills for crafting engaging content.
• Experience with major marketing automation platforms.
• Proven end-to-end events experience, including large trade shows.
• Hands-on production experience with webinars and virtual workshops.
• Solid fundamentals in email operations.
• Sharp project management and collaboration skills.
