Overview

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customers and internal teams can seamlessly use the platform, working closely with sales and customer-facing teams to optimize operational workflows.

In Short

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-time
  • Two shifts available — one daytime (EST) and one nighttime (EST)
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to set up new platform instances
  • Manage demo environments and execute custom configurations
  • Follow established operational workflows for accuracy and consistency
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Requires high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams
  • Resourceful and proactive mindset
  • Willingness to learn new tools and systems

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in operations, data entry, or administrative roles
