Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Labeling Specialist to support our machine learning and AI initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately labeling, categorizing, and annotating data to help train and improve machine learning models.

• Label and annotate data such as text, images, audio, or video according to provided guidelines
• Ensure high accuracy and consistency in data labeling tasks
• Review and validate labeled data to meet quality standards
• Follow project-specific instructions, taxonomies, and annotation rules
• Identify and flag ambiguous or low-quality data for review
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets within assigned deadlines
• Collaborate with team leads, QA teams, and AI/ML engineers when needed
• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with security and privacy policies

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Previous experience in data labeling, data annotation, or QA roles preferred
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or NLP concepts preferred
• Experience labeling text, images, audio, or video data preferred
• Basic understanding of spreadsheets or annotation platforms preferred
