Overview

We are seeking an energized and motivated mid-level operations specialist to join our Ops Team as a City Manager. This role involves managing the distribution of flyers operations in downtown Winnipeg and potentially regionally.

In Short

• Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors for flyer distribution.
• Draft weekly rosters based on location analysis.
• Analyze distribution data using Excel or Google Spreadsheet.
• Map the city for optimal flyer distribution locations.
• Manage inventory of campaign materials.
• Ensure operations run smoothly and meet standards.
• Work both onsite and remotely.
• Engage in hands-on management in a fast-paced environment.
• Contract role with potential for renewal or full-time offer.
• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
