IT Operations Engineer II - Remote

• We are looking for a proactive IT Operations Engineer II to oversee and optimize our IT environment.
• Strong emphasis on automation, user management, security configurations, and tool integrations.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to design, implement, and maintain effective workflows.
• Take on complex projects and mentor junior team members.
• Enable a secure, efficient, and scalable environment that supports organizational growth.
• Administer and manage IT applications to ensure secure configurations.
• Design and implement integrations, workflows, and automations.
• Utilize Python and Terraform for automation and infrastructure management.
• Lead and coordinate medium-to-large IT projects.
• Document and maintain clear guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on IT experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Okta, Google Workspace, and public cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS).
• Proficient in Python and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Adept at troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
