Overview

This role supports hiring across our G&A and Go-To-Market functions—including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Technical Solutions. Your work will directly contribute to building the foundational talent that supports OpenAI’s mission and growth.

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and outreach for business and GTM roles.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing for non-technical roles.
• Proven skill in identifying high-caliber talent.
• Strong organizational skills and data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Enthusiasm for connecting people to meaningful work.
• Curiosity about technology and AI.
