Enterprise Security Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Enterprise Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the security of OpenAI's internal information systems’ infrastructure and processes.

In Short

• Develop and implement security measures to protect information assets.
• Monitor systems for security threats and respond to alerts.
• Enforce IT and Security policies and procedures.
• Harden infrastructure using best practices in AzureAD, GSuite, and Github.
• Advise employees on best practices for security.
• Implement Data Loss Prevention and other security controls.
• Create secure environments using “secure by default” and “zero trust” models.
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in internal systems.
• Utilize AI-driven models for security detection and response.
• Educate employees on data security importance.

Requirements

• Experience with macOS fleet management.
• Experience with endpoint security solutions.
• Knowledge of public cloud service providers like AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with identity and access management frameworks.
• Understanding of email security protocols.
• Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or Bash.
• Knowledge of modern adversary tactics.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize risk reduction efforts.
