Overview

Our Scientists are essential contributors to our team. They enjoy working across various projects and are responsible for delivering high-quality outputs. They support project leads in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, global organization, focusing on developing, writing, and managing evidence dossiers for a US-based audience and other strategic deliverables in the US and engaging in local and global market access deliverables.

In Short

• Drafting scientifically accurate, fully referenced project deliverables.
• Managing project deliverables for value-based projects.
• Leading project calls and managing project financials.
• Researching medical topics using relevant information sources.
• Conducting and/or guiding and mentoring junior consultants.
• Assisting with requests for proposals and supporting business growth.
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the field.
• Contributing to thought leadership and publications.

Requirements

• Strong scientific understanding (MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred).
• Minimum of 4-6 years experience in Healthcare Research and Market Access.
• Excellent writing skills and a commitment to producing accurate materials.
• Experience writing/managing AMCP Dossiers.
• Experience with value communication projects.
• Experience in developing visually focused value slide decks.
• Proactive and able to balance shifting priorities.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Team player, but also able to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in EndNote and MS Office programs.
