Junior Project Manager, Displays & Exhibits - Remote

Overview

The role of a Junior Project Manager, Displays & Exhibits with OPEN Health will be responsible for overseeing and supporting numerous pharmaceutical clients with their request for trade show and association sponsorships.

• Oversee and support pharmaceutical clients with trade show requests.
• Manage logistics, contracting, and reconciliation processes.
• Provide education on the exhibiting process to Field Representatives.
• Ensure excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Streamline complex workflows for daily productivity.
• Support and train Regional Exhibit team members.
• Manage client budgets and provide spend reporting.
• Participate in client implementations and service expansions.
• Utilize Veeva, Salesforce, SAP, and Cvent effectively.
• 10% potential US-based travel required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of compliance reporting and financial adherence.
