Engineering Manager, Detection and Response - Remote

Overview

We're looking for an engineering manager with experience building out a detection and response (D&R) team to play a crucial role in developing and securing the Optimism Collective's blockchain infrastructure.

In Short

• Build out a dedicated D&R team responsible for monitoring Superchain smart contracts and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain a robust monitoring and alerting framework for the Superchain.
• Establish a clear incident response program including runbooks and escalation paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional security drills on a quarterly basis.

• Expertise in D&R tooling, integrating with tools like Grafana and Opsgenie.
