Head of Product Design - Remote

Overview

As the Head of Product Design, your main responsibility will be to create a consistent design strategy for our products. You will lead the UX Team that has a passion for design and partner cross-functionally with the engineering, product, and marketing teams while collaborating with senior leadership during the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading UI/UX design teams.
• Experience with large scale B2B solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Familiarity with JIRA and agile UX.
• Knowledge of ML, AI, mobile, and conversational UI.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Background check required.
