Overview

The Manager, Strategy and Optimization at McKesson is responsible for leading strategic initiatives to optimize the performance of Onmark GPO Oncology business, working closely with C-suite executives and physicians to align practice goals with economic success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
• 4+ years of relevant healthcare experience.
• 2+ years of sales or consulting experience preferred.
• 4+ years in leadership and strategy development.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Healthcare experience in retina, rheumatology, & neurology preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturers is a plus.
• Ability to drive revenue and profit through customer relationships.
