We are looking for an Electrical & Controls Engineer to work from our Longmont, CO facility, with the opportunity to work from home.

In Short

• Responsible for programming, supporting, and troubleshooting automated machines.
• Lead controls and electrical exercises within the Controls Department.
• Assist in the development of control scheme designs for automated pharmaceutical equipment.
• Develop wiring and programming standards for future projects.
• Work closely with software developers to create programming data exchanges.
• Participate in customer site visits to resolve high-severity problems.
• 25-35% travel expected.
• Utilize software tools like Jira for workload tracking.
• Provide engineering support for complex technical issues.
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience with Beckhoff TwinCat 3 Programming or similar.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical and reading electrical schematics.
• Experience in robotic programming (Yamaha, ABB, Epson).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of NFPA70, NFPA79, and UL 508A standards.
• Strong leadership abilities and self-motivated.
• Experience with C# development.
• Familiarity with Solidworks.
• Vision software experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
