Tax Preparation Specialist - TurboTax Live Business - Remote

Overview

You will be working toward advancing our goal of Powering Prosperity Around the World by providing expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to our customers.

In Short

• Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Must possess active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
• Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience preferred.
• Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation is strongly preferred.
• Experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses.
• Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, and determination.
• Must have a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must have a quiet location in which to work.
