Data Entry Operator - Remote

Overview

Online River is seeking qualified candidates for the Data Entry Operator position, where individuals will code and enter data into a computer system or database and verify the accuracy of the data entered.

In Short

• Process substantial amount of case information accurately and timely.
• Enter complaints and citations into the statewide computer database.
• Maintain confidentiality on all matters.
• Post payments, issue receipts, and balance money daily.
• Manage payment plans and process monthly bookkeeping reports.
• Log events and transactions related to cases.
• Perform receptionist duties and greet visitors.
• Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Keep inventory of office supplies and make orders.
• Prepare draft and final-form technical documents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in secretarial or general office work.
• Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies.
• US and Canada resident only.
