Data Entry Operator - Remote

Overview

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for processing inbound complaints, utilizing a knowledge database, and adhering to standard operating procedures to respond to various requests while ensuring data accuracy.

In Short

• Processes inbound complaint system fulfillment.
• Uses a knowledge database to respond to requests.
• Navigates multiple computer systems and applications.
• Documents each contact in a database.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Requires attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Must have efficient typing skills (40 WPM).
• Experience with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel is necessary.
• Excellent time management skills are required.
• Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED with at least 3 years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with at least 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have an active Public Trust Security clearance.
• Ability to follow documented guidelines and procedures.
• Strict adherence to privacy guidelines when accessing secure systems.
• Dependability to meet daily quotas and deadlines.
